I needed an ultra-simple calorie counter and after not finding what I was looking for, I created Calsum.Calsum will not ask you to create an account.
Calsum will not ask you for your age, weight or gender.
Calsum will not ask you for your objective or create a personalized program for you.
Calsum wont worry about how you organize your meals.
Calsum also wont care if you count your calories every day or only on certain days, or why you do it.
Calsum also doesnt get involved in how to interpret your total for the day.
In short, you know what you plan, when, how and why.Calsum only does one thing: counts your daily calorie intake and expenditure, but it does it well and in the simplest way possible!A basic catalog is provided to you, containing a series of classic products and activities.
But we havent gone too far into the content of this basic catalog because the idea is that you modify and complete it to correspond to the products you consume and the activities you actually practice.You can encode the unit intake of a product in the way that is most convenient for you: per 100 g, per 100 ml, per serving, per tablespoon, etc.
The same goes for the unit expenditure of an activity: per kilometer, per minute, per lap, etc.Calsum doesnt even connect to the internet.
Everything is stored on your phone.
If you change phones, you have the option to export and re-import your data via a file.
